The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Calbrentes moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Rodriguez keeps the fight on the outside.
Calbrentes displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Rodriguez throws out the jab.
Rodriguez throws a right and a left that Calbrentes avoids nicely.
Calbrentes wants to clinch.
Sloppy strikes from Rodriguez. Those never looked like landing.
Calbrentes comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Rodriguez lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Rodriguez swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Calbrentes counters with a three punch combo that has Rodriguez backing up. Rodriguez nods at Calbrentes to acknowledge the strikes.

Oooooh!!! Calbrentes has knocked Rodriguez down with a huge combo! Calbrentes steps away and waves a wobbly Rodriguez back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
