Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between luke cummo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oliver Warson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Oliver Warson has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by cummo or perhaps it was just good defense by Warson which made him look bad.
cummo looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!

and cummo counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Warson's guard now.
Warson throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

cummo wants to control from the top but Warson keeps moving.

Warson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Warson bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in cummo's guard.
cummo knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Warson on the ground.
Warson postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Warson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. cummo swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Warson is nestled in close to cummo, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

cummo seems to have got his legs back now.

Warson loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have cummo scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Warson land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Warson stands and salutes the crowd.
