Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sergio Rua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charlie Liddell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rua kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Armin Van Bureen - Sail. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rua throws a push kick but Liddell slaps the foot to one side.
Liddell takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Rua takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

It looks like Sergio Rua has been cut.
Rua misses with a head kick.
Rua misses with a jab to the body
and Liddell counters with a left to the body.
Liddell lands a body shot.
Liddell slips under a jab from Rua.
Liddell fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Rua looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Liddell blocks a head kick by Rua.
A head kick by Rua misses
and Liddell counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Liddell throws a body kick that misses.
Rua throws a wild body kick that Liddell sees coming a mile off.
Sergio Rua seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rua checks a leg kick.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Liddell, as that shot connected.
Rua throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Rua takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Rua is breathing heavily.
Liddell shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Rua takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Liddell sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Rua bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!
