Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ultimate Chaos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Lees (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ultimate Chaos!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Paul Lees!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Daniel Bishop and Chris Edwards.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lees gets caught flat footed, as Chaos shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Chaos advances position into side control!
Chaos passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Lees!
Chaos prevents Lees from getting the reversal.
Lees reaches up to try and control the position but Chaos seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Lees rolls and tries to escape and now Chaos has his back!
Chaos punches the canvas rather than the man.
Lees is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.

Chaos controls the action.
Lees trying to control the position but Chaos manages to sink in the hooks.
I really don't envy Lees right now.
Chaos controlling from the back.
Lees tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!

Chaos controlling the position easily from mount.
Chaos avoids the attempt from Lees to control.
Chaos looking to control and managing it successfully.

Chaos looking for a guillotine from mount but Lees is having none of it.
Chaos unloading with bombs!

Lees tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Chaos raining down hammerfists from mount.
Chaos controlling the pace for now.
Chaos landing shots from mount.
Lees is trying desperately to improve position.
Lees tries to lock up and control but Chaos gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Chaos scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Lees?
Chaos lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Chaos controlling from mount.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Chaos has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Chaos is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Lees can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Lees manages to regain half guard. Good work.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ultimate Chaos dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.



Chaos closes the distance and pushes Lees back into the cage.

Chaos breaks the clinch.
Lees tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Chaos circles away from the clinch attempt.
Lees keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Chaos throws a right hand that Lees ducks under and follows up with a left that Lees also avoids with ease.
Lees throws a sloppy head kick and Chaos moves out of range easily.

Lees tries to clinch up but Chaos circles away and keeps his distance.
Chaos shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Lees pinned against the cage. Lees gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Lees closes the distance and pushes Chaos back into the cage.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Chaos is trying to break the clinch but Lees is controlling him.

Chaos jumps guard.
Lees is looking to stand up but Chaos won't let him.

Chaos is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Chaos gets underhooks to prevent Lees's takedown attempt.
Chaos creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Come on Chaos - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Lees looking for a takedown.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lees fails to pull guard.
Ultimate Chaos has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Paul Lees.

Lees breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Lees just misses with a punch to the body.
Lees shoots in but no luck this time.
Lees is breathing heavily.

Chaos closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Chaos slows the pace down.
Lees wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!

Chaos thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Lees tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Chaos content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
Lees is trying to work for a sweep but Chaos has mounted him!
Lees tries to reverse the position but Chaos maintains control.

Chaos scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Lees?

Chaos jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Lees is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Lees and Chaos has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Chaos has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Lees struggling a bit here.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Lees is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Lees gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Chaos thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Lees's head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ultimate Chaos dominated that second round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Lees gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Chaos counters with a shoot takedown. Lees fights it but they end up in guard.
Lees keeping moving, preventing Chaos from controlling successfully.

Chaos stands up from Lees's guard - Chaos perhaps looking for a knockout.

and Chaos counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Chaos.
Lees wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Chaos tries to score a body lock takedown but Lees shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Lees has clasped his hands together around Chaos's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.

Chaos sneaks back into half guard.
Ultimate Chaos overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Lees takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Lees trying to control from Chaos's half guard. Chaos has other ideas though and has regained full guard.
Chaos is controlling Lees's posture.
Lees is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Chaos is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

Lees passes Chaos's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Chaos is trying to get back to full guard.
Chaos is working hard here to advance position.
Lees is taking a breather. Chaos says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Lees throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Lees seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Lees is keen to just control but Chaos is a slippery customer.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Paul Lees wasn't active enough on the ground.
Lees uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Chaos.
Chaos looks to land a body kick but Lees moved away.
Chaos will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Lees shoots in for a takedown but Chaos shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Ultimate Chaos has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Paul Lees.
Chaos misses with the combination.
Lees throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Chaos stuffs the takedown attempt from Lees. Lees gets slowly back to his feet.
Lees thows a body kick. Chaos tries to catch it but that hurt him.

Chaos looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Lees will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Chaos has a takedown stuffed.

Lees shoots in and gets a takedown into Chaos's guard.

Chaos is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Lees defends well.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Lees wants to control from the top but Chaos keeps moving.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Ultimate Chaos.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Chaos, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
