Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bryan Parinias (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Craig Whitehead (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Parinias comes to the cage accompanied by Three Stars And a Sun by Francis M.. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 17 - 0, fighting out of London, Craig Whitehead!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Donald Grub and Phil Schofield.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Whitehead tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Parinias was well out of range. Poor timing from Whitehead.

Parinias shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Whitehead is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Parinias is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet!

Whitehead stands up over Parinias, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Whitehead throws an elbow that misses. Parinias uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Whitehead's guard. Nice move by Parinias!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Bryan Parinias.
Well Parinias has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
