And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Gregor Mathew!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Ian Loll and Trevor Gratis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Mathew stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
King ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
King digs a good body shot into Mathew's ribs.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Mathew keeps the fight in the clinch, despite King's efforts to push away.
Come on King - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
King wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
King lands with a short punch from the clinch.

Good anti-grappling being displayed by Mathew as King tries to tie him up.

Mathew throws out a powerful jab.

Mathew moves into the clinch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A short body shot lands from King as the two fighters clinch.
King is trying to force a seperation but Mathew has the dominant position.
King is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.

King pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

King rushes Mathew and presses him up against the ropes.

Mathew has had enough of the clinch but King keeps him there for the moment.

That was a close second round but I would say that KT King will probably get the nod.

I would just about give that final round to Gregor Mathew.
Well King has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
