Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Gary Dove!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tadamasa Yamada!
The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Steve Erwin and Eliza Hachem.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice leg kick lands there from Dove.
Yamada digs a good hook to Dove's body.
Yamada tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Dove manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Yamada has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Dove.
Dove lands with a shot to the body.
Yamada takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Dove connects with a body shot that sends Yamada's belly button to the back.
Dove has a takedown stuffed.

Yamada closes the distance but Dove moves to the side
and Dove counters with a nice body kick.

Yamada manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Dove manages to get himself to full guard.

Yamada steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Dove. That one must have hurt.

Dove takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Dove changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Yamada tries to avoid it but Dove manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Yamada to the ground. Yamada escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Tadamasa Yamada is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Dove turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Yamada swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Dove dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Yamada. That did some damage!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

That was a close round but I would say that Gary Dove will probably get the nod.

Yamada does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Dove shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Yamada sprawls well. Yamada wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Dove gets slowly back to his feet.
