Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tyson Jacobs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lo Fat Ho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tyson Jacobs!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lo Fat Ho!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Bruno Lombardi and Jorge Garcia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jacobs tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Ho manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Tyson Jacobs seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ho blocks a head kick by Jacobs.

Ho shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Jacobs manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Ho trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Ho is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Ho sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Jacobs's guard.

Ho is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Ho seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Lo Fat Ho wasn't active enough on the ground.
Jacobs swings and misses with a hook to the body.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Ho has eaten all the pies!

Ho shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Ho showed some decent athleticism there.

Ho is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Jacobs has escaped the position, nice work there.

Ho stands up and beckons Jacobs to his feet.
Jacobs tries to land a leg kick but Ho saw it coming and moves away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Lo Fat Ho dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

and Ho counters with a shoot takedown. Jacobs fights it but they end up in guard.
Ho is looking to work some ground and pound but Jacobs has wrist control.
Ho's corner is telling him to maintain position.

Lo Fat Ho has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
Jacobs tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Ho manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Jacobs misses with a low kick.

Ho feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The ref stands the fighters back up. Lo Fat Ho was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Ho tries a head kick but it misses.

Ho looking to score a takedown here. Jacobs is defending well but Ho drives through and ends up in Jacobs's guard.
Ho pushes down on Jacobs's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Ho frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Ho thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Ho takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Ho thowing shots but they're missing.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Ho content just to control the position here.
Ho tries to control but Jacobs wriggling away.
Lo Fat Ho has got the better of the ground game so far.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Ho is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Jacobs can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Lo Fat Ho showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Ho closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Jacobs to the mat! Jacobs manages to get full guard.
Ho controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Ho will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Jacobs throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Jacobs tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Ho paws at him with a jab and circles away.

We're going to have a standup here because Tyson Jacobs wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Tyson Jacobs has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Ho biding his time, controlling Jacobs.

Lo Fat Ho comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Ho winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
