Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Krayzor Windfather (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miko Maia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Windfather comes to the cage accompanied by All The Above. Maia has chosen Bulls on Parade as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 23 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Krayzor Windfather!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Miko Maia!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Chad Campbell and Steve Montenegro.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Windfather misses with a straight right.
Windfather doesn't manage to clinch there - Maia circles away.
Maia uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Windfather.
Windfather throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Windfather.
Windfather with a nice cross.
Maia defending well as Windfather loads up on a big left hand.
Windfather avoids the head kick by Maia.
Windfather's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Maia connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Windfather scrambles back to his feet.
Maia throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Windfather stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Windfather changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Maia tries to avoid it but Windfather manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Maia to the ground. Maia escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Maia connects with a good right hand that stumbles Windfather. Windfather circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Windfather throws a low kick, looking for Maia's leg but Maia calmly moves out of range.
Maia swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Windfather misses with a hook.
Windfather shoots in but no luck this time.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Krayzor Windfather. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Windfather drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Maia, as that shot connected.
Maia scores with the left hand. Windfather knows he should have avoided that one.
Maia throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Maia lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Maia uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Windfather has time to react.
Windfather shoots in for a takedown but Maia shows good takedown defense.
Maia looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Windfather throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Maia counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Maia scores with a hook to the body. Windfather takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Windfather blocks a head kick by Maia.
Maia lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Krayzor Windfather seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Windfather looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Maia is fending him off so far but Windfather persists. Nope, Maia circles away and we're back to standing.

Windfather doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Maia is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Windfather had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Maia paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Windfather. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Maia catches Windfather with a right, a left, a right. It's raining punches and Windfather forgot an umbrella! Another punch and he's down. This one is over!
