Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Yuki Nakai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rafa Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Yuki Nakai!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Rafa Silva!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yukihiro Shimada and Kenichi Hosakawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nakai dives in and grabs Silva's left leg, looking for a takedown. Silva pushes down on Nakai's head and hops out.
Nakai throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Nakai throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Silva lands a head kick!
Nakai changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Silva tries to avoid it but Nakai manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Silva to the ground. Silva escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Silva takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Nakai tests Silva's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Silva displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Nakai throws out the jab.
Nakai takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Silva keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Silva fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Nakai has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Silva lands a nice looking body kick.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Silva, right into the meat.
Silva fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Nakai looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Nakai is breathing heavily.

Oooooh!!! Silva has knocked Nakai down with a huge combo! Silva steps away and waves a wobbly Nakai back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Silva scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Silva scores with a push kick.
OH! Nakai has been rocked by a huge right hand and is in deep trouble! Silva smells blood and charges in for the finish! Silva unloads a vicious overhand right and connects to the jaw of Nakai sending him face first to the canvas! Unbelievable!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Rafa Silva! Rafa Silva retains his featherweight title!
A relieved looking Rafa Silva thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
