Ettish is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by With Karate I'll Kick Your Ass. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Fred Ettish!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Cecil Peabody and Alan Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ettish throws a body punch but Tanner moves out of range.
Ettish walks into a straight right hand from Tanner.
Tanner throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and Ettish counters with a solid body kick.
A slapping body kick lands there for Ettish.
Ettish throws a hook but Tanner blocks it.
Left hook, right uppercut from Ettish.

It looks like Danny Tanner has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Tanner, as that shot connected.
Ettish scores with a head kick. Tanner tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

Ettish lands a left and a right that send Tanner crashing to the mat, dazed. Ettish thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Tanner throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Ettish counters with a left and a right that stings Tanner.

Tanner is rocked!

Danny Tanner's cut is getting worse.
Tanner throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ettish's waist but Ettish gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Tanner off to one side.
Tanner scores with a sloppy right hand. Ettish should have avoided that one.
Tanner thows a leg kick but Ettish checks it
and Ettish counters with a nice body kick.
Tanner is breathing heavily.

Ettish drops Tanner with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Tanner looks back up at him and smiles so Ettish waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Oh Tanner is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Danny Tanner's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Ettish lets loose with a powerful body kick. Tanner will feel that in the morning.
Tanner seems to have got his legs back now.
Ettish scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Tanner doesn't seem bothered though.
A clash of legs there as Ettish blocks the low kick.
Ettish pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Ettish throws a head kick but Tanner moves out of range.
Ettish turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Ettish scores with a shot to the body.
Danny Tanner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tanner misses with a kick to the body
and Tanner takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Jeez, Danny Tanner's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Danny Tanner's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
