Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jukebox Timebmb (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maurice St Clair (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Trevor Gratis and Gregory Folan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
St Clair shoots in for a takedown but Timebmb shows good takedown defense.
St Clair misses with a head kick.

Timebmb gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Timebmb has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. St Clair avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Timebmb drops down looking for an ankle pick but St Clair pulls his leg out and moves away.
Timebmb leaves St Clair with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
St Clair shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Timebmb but Timebmb pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Jukebox Timebmb has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Maurice St Clair.

Timebmb closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Well, if Timebmb is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
St Clair is not content to let Timebmb control the position.

St Clair really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Timebmb. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Timebmb is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so St Clair is just riding it out for now. Timebmb eventually gives up the hold.
St Clair is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Timebmb scores with a couple of nice shots.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Timebmb takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
