Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gomer Pyle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mr Lime (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pyle kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is The Marines' Hymn. Mr Lime has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Gomer Pyle's chin.

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
14 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Gomer Pyle!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
12 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Mr Lime!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Ben Zyskovitsi and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pyle misses with the combination.
Lime just misses with a punch to the body.
Pyle wants to land a leg kick but Lime is out of range.
Lime leaves Pyle with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Lime fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Pyle to the ground. Lime is now in Pyle's guard.
Pyle is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Lime is aware though and is defending well.
Lime wants to control from the top but Pyle keeps moving.
Lime drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Pyle manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Lime has Pyle in his guard.
Pyle content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Lime is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Pyle is looking to work some ground and pound but Lime has wrist control.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Pyle distracts Lime with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Pyle missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

Pyle wants to control from the top but Lime keeps moving.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Pyle connects with a couple of short punches.
Pyle cracks Lime with a solid left hand.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Lime is on top in guard.
Lime postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Pyle escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Lime gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Pyle is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Lime postures up in Pyle's guard and throws a big left but Pyle blocks it.
Pyle tries to land a sweep but no joy.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lime looking to pass the guard.
Lime throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Pyle works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Pyle avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Pyle keeping moving, preventing Lime from controlling successfully.
Lime got a little sloppy there for a moment and Pyle has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Lime has managed to get both his arms back between Pyle's legs - danger averted.
Lime chips away with some ground and pound.
Lime postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Lime forces his way into half guard.
Lime uses his free foot to push down on Pyle's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Pyle.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Lime with a couple of short strikes.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Lime cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Pyle is rocked!
Lime lands a heavy shot. That's hurt Pyle! Lime sees the opportunity and turns up the heat - strike after strike land to the defenseless Pyle and the ref dives in to save him! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Mr Lime!
Mr Lime is the new middleweight champion!
After the big win, Mr Lime made sure to do all the important stuff like thanking his sponsors GTI - 1337 sponsors VERSUS and telling the interviewer how much he loves him.
