A fine choice. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Okano lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.

Thon swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Okano counters with a leg kick.
Thon connects with the punch.
Okano lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Thon looks to land a right hand but Okano moved out of range.
Thon blocks a jab.
Okano uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Thon.

Thon looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Okano is fending him off so far but Thon persists. Nope, Okano circles away and we're back to standing.

Okano closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Okano throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Thon blocks it with crossed arms.
Thon has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Okano after a bit of a struggle.
Okano lands a nice knee to the body.
Okano looking to throw knees to the head but Thon is blocking nicely.

Thon has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Okano avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Okano dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Thon. That did some damage!
Okano throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.

Thon takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Okano throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
A telegraphed right hand from Thon misses the target.
Okano lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Thon throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Okano.
Good leg kick by Okano there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Thon loads up on a big right hand but Okano slips the punch.
Thon thows a body shot but no joy.
Thon is breathing heavily.
Thon misses with a hook.

Thon takes a head kick and keeps coming.

Okano throws a nice inside leg kick.
Thon is still on wobbly legs! Can Okano finish him?
Okano fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Thon.
Okano circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Thon drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Okano follows Thon to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
