The judges for this bout are James Glass, William Gold and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ridgeon has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Ridgeon there as he acknowledges the shot.
Davis misses with a looping left.
Ridgeon gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Davis effectively controlling the action here.
Ridgeon breaks from the clinch.
Davis looks to throw the jab but Ridgeon is out of range.
Davis misses with the combination.
Davis scores with a jab to the body.

Davis looks to land a left hand but Ridgeon moved out of range nicely.
Ridgeon takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Ridgeon shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Davis manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Ridgeon postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Davis is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Ridgeon, into his guard.

Davis controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Ridgeon manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Davis manages to get himself to full guard.
Ridgeon stands and throws Davis's legs to the side, diving into side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Ridgeon tries for a kimura but Davis is defending well.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
