Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Njnkn Knknj (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rayn MaClough (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Njnkn Knknj has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Njnkn Knknj seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knknj takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
MaClough throws an ugly left hook that misses

and Knknj counters with a nice double leg into guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
MaClough keeping moving, preventing Knknj from controlling successfully.
Knknj distracts MaClough with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Knknj is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Knknj has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Knknj's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

MaClough manages to get back to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
MaClough wants to control but Knknj is keeping busy and won't allow it.
MaClough is not content to let Knknj control the position.

MaClough is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

MaClough is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Knknj doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time MaClough.

MaClough thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Knknj knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for MaClough on the ground.
MaClough wants to control but Knknj is keeping him busy.
Knknj can't do much from the bottom here.

MaClough seems to be looking for submissions.

MaClough is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Knknj is looking for a sweep. MaClough is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

MaClough drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and MaClough jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Knknj will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

MaClough postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Knknj is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of MaClough, into his guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

A close round but Rayn MaClough will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

MaClough throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Knknj sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Rayn MaClough seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
MaClough throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Knknj changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. MaClough looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Knknj decides to take the fight back to the feet.
A combination from MaClough does no damage.
MaClough throws a hook but Knknj blocks it.
MaClough throws a lazy right hand but Knknj sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Knknj takes the fight into the clinch.
Knknj tries to score a body lock takedown but MaClough shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Knknj is looking for a takedown up against the cage. MaClough gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Knknj jumps guard but MaClough stands there with Knknj around his waist. Knknj gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Njnkn Knknj. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Knknj throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but MaClough blocks it with crossed arms.
Knknj is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
MaClough is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.

Knknj has MaClough pressed against the cage, preventing MaClough from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Knknj has a couple of punches blocked by MaClough.

MaClough wants to break the clinch but can't.
Knknj tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. MaClough just stands there and leans against the cage.
MaClough lands a left hand that snaps the head of Knknj backwards.

MaClough throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
MaClough lands a big right hand that drops Knknj! The killer instinct kicks in and MaClough finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by MaClough!
