Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ruben Santana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andre Perkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Santana comes to the cage accompanied by Deep Space 9mm. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, John Roberts and Russell Pearce.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santana connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Perkins looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Santana rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Perkins moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Santana clinches with his opponent.
A frustrated look appears on Santana's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Santana has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Perkins regains guard immediately.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Santana slips nicely into half guard.

Santana stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
Danga de danga de dang - Santana scores with a four punch combination!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Perkins shoots in for a double leg but Santana sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Santana fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Perkins has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Santana lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Santana.

Santana drops Perkins with a beautiful combination! Perkins stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Santana is looking for the KO!

Perkins is rocked!
Santana closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Perkins! Santana dives in looking to finish! Perkins is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
