Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Matthew Murdock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pedro Rua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Murdock's entrance music is Man Without Fear-Rob Zombie. A fine choice. Rua comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Don't Talk To Strangers kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Matthew Murdock had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Daniel Franklin and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rua throws a head kick but Murdock moves out of range.
A nice leg kick lands there from Murdock.
Murdock thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Rua if he has to take too many more of those.
Both fighters circling a little - Murdock finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Rua throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Murdock.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Rua lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Murdock has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Murdock and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Matthew Murdock.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Murdock, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
