Gray's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Saving me. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oooooh!!! Gray has knocked Gasano down with a huge combo! Gray steps away and waves a wobbly Gasano back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
It looks like George Gasano has been cut.
Sylar Gray seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Gasano rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Gray moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Gray fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Gray lands a big right hand that sends Gasano crashing to the mat! Gray stays standing though and waves Gasano back to his feet!
Gasano is rocked!
Gray turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Gasano is still on wobbly legs! Can Gray finish him?
Gasano is holding his hands too far apart here. Gray throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Gasano is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Sylar Gray!
