Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Pelmen Mochotin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gonzalo Akanti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mochotin comes to the cage accompanied by Hollywood Undead - California. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Pelmen Mochotin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Gonzalo Akanti!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Radbod Blank and Paulsen Ambrosius.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mochotin shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Akanti pinned against the cage. Akanti gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Akanti connects with a nice looking jab.
Akanti should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Akanti tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Mochotin was well out of range. Poor timing from Akanti.
Mochotin fails with the takedown
and Akanti counters with a three punch combo that has Mochotin backing up. Mochotin nods at Akanti to acknowledge the strikes.

Akanti gets caught flat footed, as Mochotin shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Mochotin stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Akanti swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Mochotin postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Akanti wants to sweep here but Mochotin controlling him for the moment.
Mochotin will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Akanti wants to get back to his feet but Mochotin passes into half guard.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Mochotin lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

Mochotin quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Mochotin but it's paid off an Akanti is forced to tap! Nice work by Mochotin.

A determined Pelmen Mochotin didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
