Moss has chosen Black Betty as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Johnson looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Johnson moves in looking to clinch but Moss pushes him off.

and Moss counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Moss wants to free his trapped foot but Johnson is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Moss is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Johnson lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Moss tries to score a body lock takedown but Johnson shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Johnson is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Moss pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Johnson tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Moss's elbow.

Johnson stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Moss is trying to drag Johnson to the mat but Johnson just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Johnson lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

Johnson drops Moss onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Moss is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

Moss is rocked!
Johnson dips a shoulder and cracks Moss with a mighty uppercut! Moss falls back against the cage and Johnson unloads with a barrage of strikes! Moss is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Johnson screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
