Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Simija Nomurokai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aaron Velazquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Velazquez comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Since the Flood- "Valor and Vengeance kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Aaron Velazquez will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some bone on bone action there as Velazquez checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Velazquez changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Nomurokai moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Velazquez lands a slapping body shot.
Nomurokai walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Velazquez wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Velazquez scores with a jab to the body.
Nomurokai is breathing heavily.

Velazquez drops Nomurokai with a beautiful combination! Nomurokai stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Velazquez is looking for the KO!

Nomurokai is rocked!

It looks like Simija Nomurokai has been cut.
Velazquez lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Nomurokai head around and knocks him out cold! Velazquez hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.
