Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 11 - 0, fighting out of London, Jack Bratts!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 22 - 1, fighting out of London, Justin Textmark!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Paul Tew and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Textmark circles away from the clinch attempt.
Bratts misses with a body kick.
Bratts dives in and grabs Textmark's left leg, looking for a takedown. Textmark pushes down on Bratts's head and hops out.
Bratts tries to clinch up.
Textmark avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Textmark digs a good hook to Bratts's body.

Textmark drives through and clinches with Bratts against the cage.

Bratts pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Textmark scores to the head and body with a nice combination!


It looks like Jack Bratts has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Bratts wants to land a leg kick but Textmark is out of range.
Bratts connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Textmark's hands.

Bratts looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

A telegraphed right hand from Textmark misses the target.
Bratts swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

and Textmark cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Textmark swats away the attempt to clinch by Bratts.
Textmark bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Bratts's head backwards.
Bratts misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Sloppy strikes from Bratts. Those never looked like landing.
Textmark throws the left hand but Bratts avoids the punch easily.
Textmark shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bratts sprawls well. Bratts wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Textmark gets slowly back to his feet.

Bratts tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Textmark paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Textmark fails with a takedown attempt.
Bratts throws a right hand that Textmark ducks under and follows up with a left that Textmark also avoids with ease.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Bratts loads up on a big right hand but Textmark slips the punch.
Textmark connects with a body shot that sends Bratts's belly button to the back.
Textmark misses with an uppercut.
Bratts fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Textmark is out of range.
Bratts looks for a takedown but Textmark sprawls well.
Textmark tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Bratts swivels and escapes.
Jack Bratts has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Justin Textmark.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Bratts closes the distance and pushes Textmark back into the cage.

Bratts is trying to maintain a safe position but Textmark gets an underhook and turns Bratts into the cage.

Textmark drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Bratts gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Bratts tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Textmark avoids it.
Bratts is pressed up against the cage. Textmark has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Bratts down to the mat. Bratts avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Nice shot lands for Textmark.

Textmark tries to clinch but Bratts moves out of range.
Bratts tries a head kick but it misses.

Textmark feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Bratts sprawling to the canvas! Bratts rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Textmark finish him?!
Bratts tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Bratts enables Textmark to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Bratts manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Textmark stands up from Bratts's guard - Textmark perhaps looking for a knockout.
Nice defenses there by Bratts.
Textmark tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Bratts swivels and escapes.
Jack Bratts has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Justin Textmark.
Bratts fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Textmark looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Bratts just misses with a punch to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bratts wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Justin Textmark showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!



Textmark closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Textmark lands in his opponent's guard.
Textmark wants to stand and escape but instead Bratts has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Bratts sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Textmark's guard.

Bratts is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Textmark is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Bratts is looking to take a break and control but Textmark is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Textmark has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Bratts is working away from the top position though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jack Bratts.
I think Textmark has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
