Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Anthony Ellis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Christopher Lytle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ellis comes to the cage accompanied by Avril Lavigne - Hot. Lytle comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Light's Out kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 22 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Anthony Ellis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 15 - 0, fighting out of New York, Christopher Lytle!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Chad Campbell and Steve Montenegro.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice uppercut lands for Ellis. That snapped Lytle's head back.
Lytle ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Lytle tries for a takedown but Ellis sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Ellis is fighting off a takedown attempt but Lytle is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Ellis to the mat. Ellis regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Lytle jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Ellis walks away with a smile on his face. Lytle gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Ellis is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Lytle.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Lytle uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Ellis.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
