And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Bo Nerr!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Yukihiro Yamamoto.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nerr tries to clinch up but Amolayeta circles away and keeps his distance.
Nerr wants to clinch up but Amolayeta keeps it at a distance.

Nerr moves into the clinch successfully.
Nerr throws an elbow that misses.
Nerr creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Amolayeta's defenses.


It looks like Marcelo Amolayeta has been cut.
Amolayeta is trying to break the clinch but Nerr has him pressed against the cage.
Amolayeta takes an elbow to the forehead.
Nerr is pressed up against the cage. Amolayeta has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Nerr down to the mat. Nerr avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
The fight stays on the outside here - Nerr looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Bo Nerr seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Nerr gets a clinch.
Amolayeta jumps guard but Nerr stands there with Amolayeta around his waist. Amolayeta gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Nerr.
Nerr comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

Nerr creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Amolayeta's defenses.


Amolayeta is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Nerr creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Oh Amolayeta is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Amolayeta drops down looking for an ankle pick but Nerr pulls his leg out and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Marcelo Amolayeta. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Nerr lands a nice elbow.

Nerr lands an elbow inside.
Nerr pulls back and lands a big elbow that stuns Amolayeta! Nerr unloads with more strikes and Amolayeta sinks to his knees! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bo Nerr!
A very excited looking Bo Nerr rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
