Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kiro Phasian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Strader (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Strader has chosen The Lonely Shepherd Kill Bill as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Strader fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Strader shoots in for a takedown but Phasian shows good takedown defense.

It looks like Jason Strader has been cut.

Strader drops back looking for a leg! Phasian is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Phasian manages to kick Strader off! Strader jumps back into Phasian's guard.

Strader drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Phasian manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Strader has Phasian in his guard.

Phasian pushes down on Strader's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Phasian looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Strader wants to get back to full guard.
Phasian moves into full mount! Strader won't be happy about that!
Strader sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Phasian is working for a submission of some sort.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Phasian uses his free foot to push down on Strader's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Strader.

Phasian throwing strikes but Strader bucks up and reverses the position. He's now in guard on top.

Strader drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Phasian dives on top into guard.

Strader has his feet on Phasian's thighs here. He's pushed Phasian off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Phasian screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
