Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jarkko Ruutu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damien Marcello (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ruutu comes to the cage accompanied by YMCA. Damien Marcello has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marcello throws a sloppy head kick and Ruutu moves out of range easily.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Ruutu closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Ruutu lands in his opponent's guard.
Ruutu slips nicely into half guard.
Marcello trying to control from the bottom.
Ruutu working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Marcello's thigh. Marcello counters though and makes it back to full guard.
Ruutu trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Marcello is looking to sinch up a triangle. Ruutu throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Marcello's body to avoid the submission. Marcello has instead reached around Ruutu's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Marcello arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
