Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Junior Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ference Gabor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gabor has chosen Vendetta as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Junior Gracie has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
14 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Junior Gracie!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

14 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ference Gabor!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Emerson Jorge and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gabor wants to clinch up but Gracie keeps it at a distance.
Gabor gets caught flat footed, as Gracie shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Gracie is stalling in the full guard.
Gabor escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Gracie gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gabor looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Gabor wants to sweep but no luck.
Gracie looking to pass the guard.
Gabor utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Gracie trying to control the position from guard on top but Gabor is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Gracie avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Gabor avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Gracie slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Gracie is looking to take a break and control but Gabor is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Gracie is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Gabor's shoulder. That is not cool.

Gracie tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Gracie has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Gracie is trying to get an arm triangle but Gabor is defending well.

Gabor is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Gracie off and has taken his back!
Gabor is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Gracie knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Gracie for a finish.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Gabor is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Gracie has managed to free his arm - good work.

Gracie looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Gabor postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Gracie is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Gabor drops back looking for a leg! Gracie is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Gracie manages to kick Gabor off! Gabor jumps back into Gracie's guard.
Gracie is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Gabor is aware though and is defending well.
Gracie manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Gabor is looking to get to half guard.
Gabor sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Gracie seems to be working for a kimura but Gabor defends the submission attempt.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Gracie is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Junior Gracie will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Gabor closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Gracie quickly recovers to half guard.
Gracie gets back to full guard.
Gracie is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Gabor is aware though and is defending well.

Gabor drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Gabor jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Gabor advances to half guard.
Gracie tries to roll over but Gabor keeps him under control.
Gabor is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Gracie is just riding it out for now. Gabor eventually gives up the hold.
Gabor is looking for a kimura but Gracie is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Gabor to get the leverage.

Gracie has his hands clasped together around Gabor's back. He's all about the action.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Gracie wants to hold on but Gabor pushes him away.
Gracie takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Ference Gabor has got the better of the ground game so far.

Gracie defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Gabor.

Gabor is working for a guillotine from mount but Gracie frees his head quite easily.
Gabor looking to isolate an arm here. Gracie doesn't see it coming and as Gabor extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Gabor!
