Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Pedro Penduko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jaspar Fletch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jaspar Fletch!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Hirohito Nitta and Shigeki Fujiwara.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fletch shoots in for a double leg but Penduko sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Fletch shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Penduko but Penduko pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Fletch goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Fletch shoots in looking for a takedown. Penduko tries to sprawl out of it but Fletch keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Penduko manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Fletch really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Penduko. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
