Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ehavoc Dugre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Crusty Pelican (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Hugh Johnson and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Pelican. No joy for Dugre on that attempt.

Pelican looks to score with a jab to the body but Dugre is just out of range.

Dugre throws a right hand that Pelican ducks under and follows up with a left that Pelican also avoids with ease.
Dugre tries to bum rush Pelican with a series of wild strikes but Pelican uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Pelican throws the left hand but Dugre avoids the punch easily.
Pelican throws a chopping leg kick but Dugre manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Dugre doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Pelican closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Dugre's guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Pelican accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Pelican is looking to work some ground and pound but Dugre has wrist control.

Pelican cracks Dugre with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Pelican immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Dugre is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Pelican!
