The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gracie throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Terrier tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Gracie is in Terrier's guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Gracie drops back looking for a leg! Terrier is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Terrier manages to kick Gracie off! Gracie jumps back into Terrier's guard.

Gracie is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gracie passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Gracie has hold of Terrier's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Terrier tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Gracie cranks the arm and Terrier screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Terrier, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
