The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Teller throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Teller with a jab.
McCockiner uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Teller.
McCockiner tries to move into range but Teller moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Teller looks to throw the jab but McCockiner is out of range.
McCockiner swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Teller misses with the combination.
McCockiner misses with a right hand
and Teller counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Teller missing with a left hand there. McCockiner was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Teller connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
McCockiner slips under a jab from Teller.
Teller throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent McCockiner stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Teller takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

McCockiner ducks under a wild hook from Teller.
McCockiner tries to close the distance and clinch up but Teller swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Teller misses with a low kick.
McCockiner slips a straight right by Teller.

Teller connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed McCockiner momentarily.
McCockiner uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Teller.
McCockiner swings widly with a right hand
and Teller counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Teller thuds his right hand into McCockiner's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

McCockiner is rocked!
A big right from Teller misses.
Oh McCockiner is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
McCockiner walks into a straight right hand from Teller.

McCockiner delivers a nice body kick.
Teller thows a left - swing and a miss!
Teller ducks down and throws a hook to the body but McCockiner moves away.
Teller thuds a left hand into McCockiner's body.
McCockiner seems to have got his legs back now.
Teller throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Jackson Teller seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Teller is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by McCockiner.
Teller is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! McCockiner had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Teller ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
A left lands for Teller.
Teller feints a jab promting McCockiner to slip. Teller then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. McCockiner slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Teller avoids the head kick by McCockiner.

McCockiner misses with a series of wild punches.
Teller lands with an overhand left.
McCockiner throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Teller counters with a left to the body.
McCockiner has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Teller finds it's way round the side to connect with McCockiner's head.
Teller blocks a head kick by McCockiner.
Teller throws a leg kick that misses.
Teller connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed McCockiner momentarily.
McCockiner takes a shot right to the bread basket.
McCockiner slips a straight right by Teller.
McCockiner takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Teller lands a jab to McCockiner's midsection.
Teller fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches McCockiner on the side of the head.
Teller throws a series of punches but McCockiner moves out of range.
Good leg kick by McCockiner there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Teller lands a really nice looking cross but McCockiner seems unphased.
Teller drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks McCockiner right on the button. McCockiner goes down! Teller follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Teller gets the win via TKO!

After the fight, Jackson Teller was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
