Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Dafoe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ramon Groot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Groot has chosen Beautiful Death - Wintersun as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big left from Groot misses.
Dafoe misses with a takedown attempt
and Groot makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Dafoe fails with the takedown
and Groot connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

It looks like Daniel Dafoe has been cut.
Dafoe shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Groot pinned against the cage. Groot gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Daniel Dafoe. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Groot keeps the fight on the outside.
Groot lands with an uppercut that bounces Dafoe off the cage and back into range.

Groot is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
