The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jitsu misses with an uppercut
and Helix counters with a good, hard body kick but Jitsu shrugs it off.
Joe Jitsu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Helix throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Jitsu.
Helix scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Jitsu doesn't seem bothered though.
Jitsu throws a low kick but Helix avoids it.
Jitsu takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Jitsu looks gassed!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Helix scores with a punch to the head.

It looks like Joe Jitsu has been cut.
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Helix has cracked Jitsu with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Helix lands another huge swinging hook and Jitsu tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Jitsu, before Helix can land any more shots!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Brad Helix!
