Skjelbred has chosen Bad To The Bone as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Skjelbred throws a head kick that half lands.
Skjelbred tries to clinch but Blimm moves out of range.
Blimm throws a quick inside leg kick.
Skjelbred tries to close the distance and clinch but Blimm swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Blimm shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Skjelbred defends it nicely.
Skjelbred throws a head kick that misses.
A solid leg kick lands there for Blimm.

Skjelbred is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Skjelbred closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Skjelbred lands in his opponent's guard.

The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
