Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Waldemar Silvia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and C G E Warfield (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). C G E Warfield will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Waldemar Silvia!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Matti Vanhoillinen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Warfield misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Silvia closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Silvia wants to free his trapped foot but Warfield is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Warfield looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Silvia takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Silvia is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Warfield doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Silvia.
Silvia prevents Warfield from standing back up.
Warfield is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Silvia tries to pass to full mount but Warfield defends it.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Silvia shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

Silvia is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Warfield is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Silvia pulls his head out easily.

Warfield working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Silvia doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Silvia manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Silvia drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Warfield dives on top into guard.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Silvia has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Warfield can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Silvia is breathing heavily.
Silvia wants to sweep here but Warfield controlling him for the moment.

Warfield tries to free his leg and advance position but Silvia is retaining full guard.

Warfield thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Warfield drops back looking for a leg! Silvia is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Silvia manages to kick Warfield off! Warfield jumps back into Silvia's guard.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Silvia stands up and waves to Warfield to follow him.
Silvia dodges the punch combination from Warfield.
Silvia feints and as Warfield raises his hands in defense, Silvia changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Silvia drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Silvia jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Warfield can't keep his opponent in guard - Silvia advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Silvia lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Silvia tries to pass the half guard into mount. Warfield knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Silvia drops an elbow to the side of Warfield's head.

Silvia decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
A punch combination from Warfield misses.
Silvia moves into the clinch.
Warfield is trying to break free.
Silvia goes for a takedown attempt but Warfield pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Silvia feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Silvia has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Warfield looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Warfield is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Silvia decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Warfield tries to clinch
and Silvia counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Silvia.
Silvia has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Warfield uses from the top position.
Silvia bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Warfield's guard.

Warfield had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Silvia is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Warfield Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Silvia's back instead.
Warfield has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Silvia! Can he survive? No! He's out! Warfield gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
