The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chantry shoots for a double leg takedown but Pwner sprawls well. He's pushed Chantry's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
A decent looking cross lands there for Pwner.

It looks like Tatton Chantry has been cut.

Chantry looking to score a takedown here. Pwner is defending well but Chantry drives through and ends up in Pwner's guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Pwner is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Chantry drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Chantry jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Pwner can do anything to dispel that myth.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Chantry accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Pwner is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Chantry drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Pwner manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Chantry has Pwner in his guard.

Chantry escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Pwner gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Pwner tries to stand but Chantry is controlling from the bottom.
Pwner tries to free his leg and advance position but Chantry is retaining full guard.
Pwner must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Chantry wants to sweep here but Pwner controlling him for the moment.

Chantry is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Pwner rolls with it to try and escape but Chantry cranks on the arm and Pwner is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
