Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ultimate Chaos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Akbar Hussein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chaos comes to the cage accompanied by http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z78q_yvMYuQ. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Ultimate Chaos!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 12 - 0, fighting out of London, Akbar Hussein!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Andrew Berry and Donald Grub.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Excellent takedown into side control there by Chaos.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Chaos in side control, throwing shots but Hussein defends.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hussein is trying to improve his position.
Chaos trying to control the position but Hussein is working away.
Chaos looking to control but instead Hussein has slipped a leg in, to regain half guard.
Hussein is trying to control but can't.

Chaos misses with a head shot. Hussein uses the momentum to regain guard.
Chaos looking to pass the guard.
Chaos throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Hussein works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Chaos wants to stand but Hussein is controlling his posture from full guard.
Hussein controlling the position.

Chaos trying to control the position from guard on top but Hussein is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Hussein is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Chaos has his takedown stuffed

and Hussein decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Chaos's guard.
Chaos keeping moving, preventing Hussein from controlling successfully.
Hussein prevents Chaos from getting back to his feet.

Chaos has his foot on Hussein's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Hussein works his way back into a safe position though.
Hussein should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Chaos escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Hussein gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Chaos is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Hussein is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hussein throwing strikes but missing.
Chaos on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Chaos tries to get out of the position.
Hussein won't allow Chaos to sweep him here.
Chaos keeping moving, preventing Hussein from controlling successfully.
Hussein pushes down on Chaos's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Hussein is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Chaos moves into full guard.

Hussein cracks Chaos with a solid left hand.
Chaos knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hussein on the ground.

Hussein tries to pass to full mount but Chaos defends it.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Hussein looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Hussein jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Chaos is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Chaos and Hussein has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Hussein is trying to ground and pound but Chaos uses the momentary lack of control by Hussein to regain half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Akbar Hussein dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.


Chaos tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Hussein paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Hussein misses with a body shot.
Ultimate Chaos is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Hussein avoids a kick to the body.

Chaos shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Hussein manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Chaos wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hussein keeps working.

Chaos tries to stand but his arm is trapped.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Ultimate Chaos.
Hussein slips a jab and a cross from Chaos.
Hussein ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Chaos moves away.
Hussein dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Ultimate Chaos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Chaos shoots in for a double leg but Hussein sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Chaos looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Hussein is fending him off so far but Chaos persists. Nope, Hussein circles away and we're back to standing.
Chaos throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hussein's waist but Hussein gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Chaos off to one side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ultimate Chaos. That's going to take a lot out of him.

The fighters circling - Hussein throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

A close second round but Akbar Hussein will probably get the nod - 10:9.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Hussein sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Chaos's guard.

Chaos flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

Hussein wants to control but Chaos is keeping him busy.
Chaos is trying to control but can't.
Hussein is taking a breather. Chaos says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Hussein misses the shot to the body.

Chaos doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Hussein counters with a nice body shot.

Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Chaos ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Hussein is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Hussein passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Chaos manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

The fighters are battling for position here. Hussein manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Hussein looking to hit a scissor sweep but Chaos is one step ahead there.
Hussein avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Chaos wants to control from the top but Hussein keeps moving.
Hussein pulls Chaos in close to his closed guard and prevents Chaos from doing any damage or advancing position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Chaos wants to get up but he can't break Hussein's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

And that's the end of the fight!
Akbar Hussein comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Hussein winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
