The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Executioner with a lazy takedown attempt
and Executioner takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Executioner with a poor takedown
and Yarrod counters with a left and a right that stings Executioner.
Executioner tries for a takedown but Yarrod circles away easily
letting Yarrod counter with a right hand.
Neil Yarrod has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alex Executioner.

and Yarrod counters with a three punch combo that has Executioner backing up. Executioner nods at Yarrod to acknowledge the strikes.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Yarrod counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Yarrod stuns Executioner with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Oooooh!!! Yarrod has knocked Executioner down with a huge combo! Yarrod steps away and waves a wobbly Executioner back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like Alex Executioner has been cut.
Executioner tries for a takedown but Yarrod sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Yarrod moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Executioner! Yarrod continues to tee off on Executioner, landing with a left and a right! Yarrod connects with a right hand that leaves Executioner sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Yarrod!
