Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ismael Gesta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Attack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world!

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Chris Edwards and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gesta getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Attack is rocked!
Gesta gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Attack is still on wobbly legs! Can Gesta finish him?
Attack is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Attack is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Gesta to keep the fight standing.
Attack seems to have recovered his senses.
Gesta manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Gesta digs a right hand into Attack's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Attack's gas tank.

Ismael Gesta has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jack Attack.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Gesta takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Gesta gets a warning from the ref for wasting time.
Gesta pushes Attack against the cage. Gesta is working some dirty boxing. Gesta pushes off with a quick right hook! Attack goes down! Attack tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Gesta moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ismael Gesta!
