Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tsatsu Gomi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Scheisse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scheisse chopping away at his opponent's legs.

Gomi swings for the body but Scheisse moves out of range.
Nice sprawl there from Scheisse as Gomi shoots in.
Scheisse keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Scheisse moves into range and connects with a jab.
Gomi walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Scheisse walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Gomi checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Scheisse uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Gomi.
Scheisse uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Gomi has time to react.
Scheisse lands an overhand right.
Scheisse tries to bum rush Gomi with a series of wild strikes but Gomi uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Scheisse throws a leg kick which misses Gomi's front leg but catches the back leg as Gomi tries to avoid it.
Gomi blocks the body kick.
Michael Scheisse seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Scheisse stuffs the takedown attempt from Gomi. Gomi gets slowly back to his feet.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Gomi is defended easily by Scheisse.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tsatsu Gomi. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Gomi throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Some bone on bone action there as Gomi checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

A looping hook to the body misses from Gomi. Scheisse does a little dance to reset his feet.
Gomi is looking to wear down Scheisse with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Scheisse lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

Scheisse swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Scheisse's corner calls for a 1-2. Scheisse obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Gomi shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Scheisse as he jumps to the side.
Gomi misses with a takedown attempt - Scheisse sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Gomi ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Scheisse moves away.
Scheisse darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Scheisse fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Gomi is out of range.
Scheisse goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Scheisse lands with a nice body punch.
Scheisse catches Gomi with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Scheisse lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Scheisse is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Gomi changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Scheisse tries to avoid it but Gomi manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Scheisse to the ground. Scheisse escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Scheisse connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Scheisse lands with a hook. Gomi tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

It looks like Tsatsu Gomi has been cut.

Gomi dodges the punch combination from Scheisse.
Scheisse uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Gomi.
Scheisse throws a good cross that connects.
Gomi walks into a left hand.
Scheisse looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Scheisse jabs Gomi to the body, keeping him at a distance.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Gomi.
Gomi tries for a takedown but Scheisse circles away easily

and Scheisse counters with a head kick that drops Gomi to the mat! Gomi scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!

Gomi is rocked!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Scheisse seems to be stalking Gomi here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Gomi drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!
