The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hishima fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Hishima throws a right hand that Scylla ducks under and follows up with a left that Scylla also avoids with ease.
Nice takedown defense from Scylla. No joy for Hishima on that attempt.
Scylla looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Scylla tries to pass to full mount but Hishima defends it.

Scylla is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Hishima has managed to free his arm - good work.
Hishima is staying active underneath Scylla, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Hishima has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Scylla is working away from the top position though.
Hishima is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Scylla pulls his head out easily.
Scylla thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Hishima misses with a takedown attempt
and Scylla counters with a nice double leg into side control. Hishima won't be happy with that.
Kenny Scylla has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Baki Hishima.

Scylla has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Hishima is defending well but eventually Scylla manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Hishima has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
