The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Colin Fotheringham and Phil Schofield.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davis scores with a hook to the body. Ridgeon takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Davis throws a right and a left that both miss.
Davis looks to land a combination. Ridgeon sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

Ridgeon gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Davis tries a body shot but Ridgeon blocks it.

Ridgeon successfully pulls guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
