Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bumble Bman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luta Livre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bman comes to the cage accompanied by Spiderman by the Ramones. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Bumble Bman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Luta Livre!
The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Seu Braga and Mauricio Rocha.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bman is looking to clinch but Livre is avoiding it.
Bman tried to score with a low kick but Livre checks it.
Bman ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Livre cracks Bman with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Bman takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Bman uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Livre.
Bman changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Bman wants to clinch up but Livre keeps it at a distance.
Bman fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Livre has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Livre throws a predictable looking body shot
and Bman counters with a head kick. That will keep Livre thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Livre takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Bman tries to close the distance and clinch but Livre swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

The referee is keeping an eye on Bman - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Livre stalls.
Bman is looking to control Livre's arms but Livre gets an underhook and turns him. Now Bman has his back to the cage.
Livre is pushing Bman up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Bman pushes off an throws an elbow but Livre leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

Livre tries to work over Bman's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Bman is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Livre is defending well for now.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Bman just misses with a elbow thrown towards Livre's brow.

Livre is trying to drag Bman to the mat but Bman just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Bman is looking to stand up but Livre won't let him.

Bman wants to get up but he can't break Livre's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Livre is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Bman defends well.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Bman got a little sloppy there for a moment and Livre has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bman has managed to get both his arms back between Livre's legs - danger averted.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Luta Livre showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Bumble Bman.
