and Hill counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Hill.
Barnes wants to stand and escape but Hill is having none of it.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hill is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Barnes has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Hill has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Barnes's face.
Hill breaks from Barnes's wrist control and lands an elbow.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Hill cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
