The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tu fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Nyembe throws a leg kick but Tu sees it coming and moves out of range.
Tu attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Nyembe cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

It looks like Shumani Tu has been cut.
Nyembe lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Nyembe postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Tu looks a forlorn figure.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
