Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Chanchit Phalajivin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Noriyuki Nayoui (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nayoui is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: nWo Theme. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nayoui looks to throw the jab but Phalajivin is out of range.
Phalajivin tries to clinch but Nayoui moves away
and Nayoui makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Phalajivin misses with an uppercut
and Nayoui counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
A lazy left from Nayoui finds it's target.
Nayoui connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Phalajivin's hands.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Phalajivin tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Nayoui counters with a stiff right hand.

Nayoui cracks Phalajivin with a right hand to the side of the head.
Phalajivin closes the distance looking to clinch
and Nayoui counters with a straight right hand.
Chanchit Phalajivin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nayoui circles away from the clinch attempt
and Nayoui cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Nayoui clips Phalajivin with a right and a left that makes him do the chicken dance for a couple of seconds. He touched his left hand down on the canvas so the referee steps between the fighters to give Phalajivin a standing 8 count before we can continue the bout.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

and Nayoui makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Phalajivin throws a half hearted mid kick.

No joy there for Nayoui, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Phalajivin has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Phalajivin throws a right hand that misses
and Nayoui counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Nayoui misses with a wild body shot.
Phalajivin swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Nayoui counters with a nice uppercut.

Nayoui scores with a jab and follows up with an uppercut that drops Phalajivin to his knees! He bounces straight back to his feet but is forced to take the mandatory standing 8 count before he's allowed to continue. We're back under way and the fighters meet in the middle of the canvas to re-engage.

Phalajivin is rocked!
Nayoui scores with a big combo that sends Phalajivin crashing to the mat! He's still conscious but the referee has seen enough as Phalajivin flops around uncontrollably and he's called an end to the fight! Nayoui jumps onto the ropes and throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Gross.
