The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slughterdog throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.

and Small counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Small.
Small stops Slughterdog from standing up.
Slughterdog really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Small. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Small has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Small is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Slughterdog isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Small stacks Slughterdog on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Small!

Small is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Slughterdog's shoulder. That is not cool.
Slughterdog is still in real trouble! Can Small finish him?
Small lands a strong strike to the head of Slughterdog. That's dazed him! Small looking to finish here. Slughterdog is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Small lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
