Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Paul Walker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Akira Kurosawa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Walker comes to the cage accompanied by Unholy Confessions by Avenged Sevenfold. Kurosawa has chosen War drums as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

19 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Akira Kurosawa!
The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Paulo Santos and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kurosawa tries to land a front kick but Walker steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Kurosawa keeps Walker at a distance using the push kick.
Kurosawa thumps Walker with a low kick.
Walker slips a straight right by Kurosawa.
Kurosawa lands an overhand right.
Akira Kurosawa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Walker tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kurosawa swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Walker takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Kurosawa misses with a body shot.
Kurosawa rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Walker counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Walker tries to clinch up.
Kurosawa ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Walker lands with a straight right. Kurosawa didn't see that one coming.
Kurosawa closes the distance and clinches.
Kurosawa scores with a shoulder strike.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kurosawa pulls guard.
Kurosawa has his foot on Walker's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Walker works his way back into a safe position though.
Walker knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kurosawa on the ground.
Walker wanted to stand there but Kurosawa had control of the position.
Kurosawa is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Walker rolls with it to try and escape but Kurosawa cranks on the arm and Walker is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
