The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tweedie throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

Loin throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Tweedie was covering up waiting for the punch and Loin finishes the takedown easily into guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Loin stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Tweedie swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Tweedie's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
